Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about our CNC machining services
What file formats do you accept?
We accept 3D CAD files (STEP, IGES, X_T, SLDPRT) and 2D drawings (DWG, DXF, PDF). For best results, please provide both a 3D model and a 2D drawing with tolerances, finishes and material specifications.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. We produce single prototypes as well as low- and medium-volume batch runs, so you can scale up production as your project evolves.
How fast can I get a quote?
Most quotes are delivered within 24 hours. Complex assemblies or unusual materials may require 1-2 additional business days while we confirm tooling and sourcing.
What tolerances can you achieve?
Our standard tolerance is ±0.05 mm (±0.002"). For critical features we achieve ±0.01 mm (±0.0005") with grinding or precision machining. Tighter tolerances are available upon request.
Do you protect my IP and design?
Yes. All customer files are treated as confidential and we are happy to sign NDAs before any project begins. Your designs will never be shared with third parties.
Do you offer surface finishing and assembly?
Absolutely. We provide in-house deburring, tumbling, brushing and polishing, plus partnered services for anodizing, powder coating, plating and heat treatment. We can also handle hardware insertion and sub-assembly.
